In an audio recording made public for the first time Tuesday, disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein admits to groping a young model and tries to convince her to enter his hotel room.

The one-minute, 53-second clip, published by the New Yorker, alongside a chilling exposé featuring fresh allegations of sexual misconduct—including rape—is reported to have been part of a New York Police Department sting operation conducted in March 2015.

According to the New Yorker article, Ambra Battilana Gutierrez, an Italian model, now 24, met with Weinstein at his office in Tribeca for what she thought to be a business meeting. She claims Weinstein groped her breasts. Gutierrez reported the incident to the NYPD, who guided her through the sting.

Gutierrez reportedly met Weinstein at the bar of the Tribeca Grand Hotel the following day and recorded their conversation.

In the audio, Gutierrez repeatedly rebuffs Weinstein’s requests for her to join him in his hotel room. She can be heard asking: “Why yesterday you touch my breast?” to which he responds: “I’m used to that.”

During the course of this exchange, Gutierrez, to the best of Newsweek’s knowledge, declines Weinstein’s repeated requests 12 times. That includes outright saying “no,” as well as phrases including “I don’t want to,” “I can’t,” and “I wanna leave.”

The NYPD told the New Yorker the investigation into Weinstein was dropped because the District Attorney's Office did not feel it had sufficient evidence to file charges.

In response to the new allegations outlined in the New Yorker piece, Weinstein’s spokesperson told the publication: “Any allegations of non-consensual sex are unequivocally denied by Mr. Weinstein. Mr. Weinstein has further confirmed that there were never any acts of retaliation against any women for refusing his advances. Mr. Weinstein obviously can’t speak to anonymous allegations, but with respect to any women who have made allegations on the record, Mr. Weinstein believes that all of these relationships were consensual. Mr. Weinstein has begun counseling, has listened to the community and is pursuing a better path. Mr. Weinstein is hoping that, if he makes enough progress, he will be given a second chance.”

WEINSTEIN: Then have a glass of water.

GUTIERREZ: Can I stay on the bar?

GUTIERREZ: I want to go downstairs.

WEINSTEIN: I won’t do anything and you’ll never see me again after this. OK? That’s it. If you don’t—if you embarrass me in this hotel where I’m staying—

GUTIERREZ: I’m not embarrassing you—

WEINSTEIN: Just walk—

GUTIERREZ: It’s just that I don’t feel comfortable.

WEINSTEIN: Honey, don’t have a fight with me in the hallway.

GUTIERREZ: It’s not nothing, it’s—

GUTIERREZ: I’m, I’m feeling very uncomfortable right now.

WEINSTEIN: Please come in. And one minute. And if you wanna leave when the guy comes with my jacket, you can go.

GUTIERREZ: Why yesterday you touch my breast?

WEINSTEIN: Oh, please. I’m sorry. Just come on in. I’m used to that.

GUTIERREZ: You’re used to that?

WEINSTEIN: Yes, come in.

GUTIERREZ: No, but I’m not used to that.

WEINSTEIN: I won’t do it again. Come on, sit here. Sit here for a minute, please?

GUTIERREZ: No, I don’t want to.

WEINSTEIN: If you do this now you will [unintelligible]. Now go. Bye. Never call me again. OK? I’m sorry, nice to have—I promise you I won’t do anything.

GUTIERREZ: I know, but yesterday was too much for me.

WEINSTEIN: The guy is coming. I will never do another thing to you. Five minutes. Don’t ruin your friendship with me for five minutes.

GUTIERREZ: I know—but, it’s kind of, like, it’s too much for me. I can’t.

WEINSTEIN: Please, you’re making a big scene here. Please.

GUTIERREZ: No, but I wanna leave.

WEINSTEIN: OK, bye. Thank you.
