Pop diva dines at one of Tilman Fertitta's steakhouses immediately following 'All the Hits' concert

First order of business? Open Saturday night's "All the Hits" concert for Lionel Richie.

Second order of business? Get your steak on at Vic & Anthony's, Texas-style.

Mariah Carey has her priorities straight. After hitting the Toyota Center stage over the weekend, the Grammy Award-winning pop star bee-lined to the Landry's Inc. steakhouse for a post-performance dinner. Tilman Fertitta (president, chairman, and CEO of Landry's Inc.) named the fining dining establishment after his father, Vic Fertitta.

Insiders report that Carey "...came in through the front door with bodyguards. (She) rushed straight to the table."

No athleisure here. The glamorous mother of two - twins Moroccan and Monroe were spotted onstage during Carey's performance - allegedly donned a long, grey gown for the late-night outing.

She said she was kidding, but Mariah Carey's advice to Lionel Richie was pretty clear: don't do American Idol. Ouch.

The group kept to themselves, dining quietly at their table.

What did the self-proclaimed diva order?

Restaurant staff say that Carey's party enjoyed "oysters on the half shell, shrimp cocktail, calamari, whole side of shishito peppers, A5 Kobe filet, Alaskan king crab legs, and broccoli."

Carey has superior taste in beverages, too. Her drink order included "Del Dotto Cabernet Sauvignon, a glass of 2007 Silver Oak Alex, Grey Goose chilled, and Don Julio Añejo Tequila."

Sounds like the an ideal prelude to Sunday evening's tour stop in New Orleans. Here's to hoping that the best-selling recording artist was able to squeeze in some regional - Cajun - fare there, too.

When in Rome.
